Refund Policy – YourFloralMood

At YourFloralMood, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality floral design services for your special day. Due to the nature of wedding and event floral services—where custom flowers, labor, and time are reserved exclusively for you—our refund policy is outlined clearly below.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. This deposit covers consultation, design preparation, and holding your date on our calendar. Once paid, the deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

2. Final Payments and Cancellations

  • If cancellation is made more than 3 months before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a refund of all payments made excluding the deposit.

  • If cancellation is made within 3 months of the event, no refunds will be issued, and the full contract amount will be billed, as we have reserved time, labor, and product for your event, and turned away other clients.

  • Failure to make final payment by the agreed-upon due date may result in contract termination with full payment.

3. Order Changes

  • Once the deposit is paid, the total cost cannot be reduced. If item quantities are decreased, additional floral arrangements or rentals will be added of equal value to maintain the contracted total.

  • Minor add-ons may be accepted up to 2 days before the event, subject to availability and full payment at the time of the change.

4. Force Majeure / Rescheduling

  • In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government-issued emergency orders (e.g., mandatory evacuations), we offer rescheduling based on availability. In such cases:

  • All payments made will be applied to the new date.

  • The cost of new replacement flowers and labor will be charged separately.

  • Refunds are not offered for cancellations due to force majeure events, but we will make every effort to accommodate your reschedule request.

5. No Refunds for Partially Completed Services

  • If the event is delayed or changed on the day of the wedding due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., access issues, late planners or venues), no refunds will be issued for services not fully completed. We will, however, do our best to adapt and complete as much of the agreed setup as possible.
